Who is SmartDock for?

Modern marinas, yacht clubs, municipal harbors, and marina groups that want one platform for slips, billing, maintenance, and customer experience.

Can we migrate from spreadsheets or another system?

Yes. We handle imports for slips, customers, vessels, rates, and historical invoices. We run parallel for one billing cycle before fully switching over.

Do you support online booking and payments?

Online booking, deposits, and recurring billing are built-in. We integrate with Stripe/Square and can enforce card-on-file plus automated reminders.

Is there a mobile app for dockhands?

Yes. Crew mode supports inspections, refueling, maintenance logs, arrivals/departures, and works offline when connectivity drops on the pier.

How long does onboarding take?

Most marinas go live in 30 days following our phased rollout—map setup, billing config, staff training, and a soft launch for boaters. But any tech savy fellow can get started in a weekend! Seriously, Check out this video.

Can we segment slips by zones or apply special pricing?

You can create zones and dimensions to drive auto-assignment and apply different rate cards, discounts, or seasonal pricing per zone.

Do you offer support SLAs?

Yes for Premium and Enterprise tiers. We provide priority chat, phone escalation, and optional 24/7 coverage with defined response windows.

Can we connect sensors or cameras?

We support integrations for occupancy sensors, cameras, and access control. Enterprise plans include API/webhooks for custom telemetry.
